This is an action for damages for personal injuries claimed to have been suffered as the result of the negligent operation of a taxicab, brought by Louis Senkirik, as plaintiff, against Ezra Royce, Isabell Royce, and Dora Royce, dba Yellow Cab Company, as defendants. The trial resulted in a verdict and judgment in favor of plaintiff in the total sum of $9,000. Defendants appeal.
